  Motel not a Hotel !

  So to get this straight from the beginning this is a motel not a hotel. All the rooms open onto a very busy street area. We were booked in here by our UK travel company for our anniversary but checked straight out after seeing it. There are plenty of decent hotels downtown which is where we ended up. My advice give it a miss. The only + was that the staff were good and helpful and totally understood our situation.   Barely a 5 overall; superb value; room was a 5/5; common areas were a mixed bag

  I saved $200+ a night by staying three blocks away instead of paying the negotiated $399 per night at my convention hotel (the Renaissance Hotel). The room was excellent - very clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature in the shower, modern fixtures and furniture, ample work area, above-average desk chair, Keurig coffee brewer. The breakfast area was also very clean and modern; standard Comfort Inn food is the closest analogy to the items available. The lobby is adequate, and the bar looks like a nice alternative when one tires of the crowds six blocks away on Broadway. Now, the negatives. First, only one of two elevators was operating, and that required going outside to the parking area. Second, even if your room is on an interior corridor, you must use an exterior corridor on your floor to get there. The exterior corridors are okay but not attractive.   Blatant disregard for cancellation policy. Money taken anyway.

  Horrible experience. This hotel charged my credit card (2 nights - $669.4) AFTER a confirmed, on-time cancellation. (In fact, I canceled well within the allowed cancellation period and did receive a written email confirmation, proving the reservation was canceled. There is no dispute about the facts. None.)Despite this, the hotel charged our credit card on file anyway and kept the money, and is now refusing to issue a refund. This is not a “system error” or a misunderstanding — it is a refusal to honor their own policy. And for me, it feels like a robbery.The response from the hotel has been dismissive and unprofessional, even when presented with clear documentation. This experience destroyed any trust I might have had.If you value transparency, honesty, or basic customer service, do not book this hotel. Be prepared to monitor your credit card closely and fight to get your money back if anything goes wrong.PS: I chose the option "Book now, pay later". The amazing thing is the hotel charged my credit card more than 24 hours after I'd canceled the reservation. Unbelievable. As it stands, your credit card merchant is reviewing your claim. Based on the supporting documentation sent, the credit card merchant will have no issues in making the correct judgement. You will be updated upon their conclusion. Our apologies if your third-party reserving provider did not clearly present these terms to you and for the inconveniences.

  Kane and BJ prompt and nice all around for valet service. Location was perfect, only a few blocks from Broadway. Room was exactly what we were looking for.   Cozy stay with the BEST staff in Nashville!!!

  What a great stay! Staff was amazing, and Andre & BJ made the valet service so easy and convenient. ❤️❤️❤️ the bar food was delicious for staying in, and so many fun things to do in walking distance.
