What is most notable about this hotel? The service!!We arrived late so we called ahead and “Moni” got us all checked in. We had 3 rooms so once we got there we just picked up the keys. There was another guy that was super helpful - from Jamaica and my uncle kept playing Jamaican music when he went in the lobby. I think his name was Laenroy or something like that. He told us where to eat and one BBQ place was right in back of the hotel so we could walk! They were super nice!Rooms: 7/10. They are small almost like New York hotel rooms. Not much room to lay our suitcases out. Vinyl flooring was appreciated for people like me with allergies.Bed & pillows: 2/10. Cheap mattress had me tossing and turning.Bathroom: clean with a glass shower door. Lighting was decent. Cleanliness: 10:10: They cleaned and the rooms and refreshed the towels without being promoted which was good.Safety: 10/10. Most of the time you needed to swipe your card to enter the lobbyParking: 7:10: parking was maybe $38/night underground. Parking smelled really moldy and damp but all the spaces are pretty close to the elevator.Lobby: 10/10. Game area, fun vibrant colors and the breakfast area had plenty of spaces for everyone to eat and still be spaced out.Food: 10/10. Very good! They had a station to make your iced coffee drinks which I loved. They also had a breakfast sandwich area. Although the food is super good in Nashville, having good breakfast was appreciated so we could start our day off!Location: 8/10. So the location is a short walk from Broadway - maybe like 6 or 7 min walk. There is a Quiznos right in back of the hotel and other restaurants that you can walk to that aw closer than Broadway. It’s far enough from all the action to have some peace.I would stay here again. Not horrible. Good for the money. Nothing fancy though. There are much nicer for the same money but it was clean. Everything just seemed a little worn out, like the beds, elevator, carts. Breakfast station got messy after a bit but it was overall good and had a well stocked variety.The one thing I can say I didn’t like was their parking garage. It’s like you took a detour to Mammoth Cave. There was a good donut shop next door. But they’re like croissant donuts. A major plus that I liked was you had to have a key card to even get in the hotel.

If not the best, one of the best stays we ever had. Location is great. 3 blocks to Broadway, 2 blocks to the Country Hall of Fame, and centrally located to other real nice areas. The layout of the hotel is great and the BREAKFAST was sensational. Way better than any others I experienced. The room was super clean and updated. And Bob at the front desk was the most sincere and friendly host we’ve ever had. He should have his own B&B. Stayed here for a week for a conference being held at the Music City Center. The room are very small and lack basic hotel amenities like draws, closet, luggage rack. The desk is on wheels and very small. The only place to sit in the room is the desk chair which you can barely get into due to the bed being so close. There is a small mini fridge in the room under a table. The room was clean and HVAC functioned well. Breakfast was above Hampton inn standards featuring waffles, breakfast sandwiches and pancakes amount the regular breakfast items. Staff was friendly and helpful. The best location close arena and 20 minutes from Main Street Broadway.The room was clean , mattress comfortable and the hall there was station with coffee ,tea free .The personal was kindly .In the hotel there was covered parking with fee 39 dollar.I recommend it Hotel Manager, Owner at Tru By Hilton Nashville Downtown Convention Center, responded to this review Thank you for your good review.
