  Not what I expected for Hyatt chain

  Room was clean & quiet. staff was friendly. Hotel itself tho was run down - elevators and corridors were dirty. there was a sign on the elevators that said "dont press the buttons with a lot if force or they can break ? ! not sure what the clientele at this hotel is like to have that there.Never got a chance to try breakfast so cannot comment there.Anyway , was ok for a couple nights for work in the area but probably wont stay there again.   Wonderful hotel! Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff! Great breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Comfortable beds. Will definitely be staying here again!   The Hyatt House has everything you need in your stay. Beautiful, comfortable, great complimentary items, a great breakfast, and so on and so forth. I was completely blown away by this hidden gem.   Worst Trip!! So much for a birthday getaway!

  The shower was freezing! The check in guy messed up my reservation removed 2 days, charged my card 3 times, told me I had to leave after depleting my bank accounts and I had to call corporate the next morning to be able to stay! The handle on out stove top was broken and ill likely never stay at a Hyatt again due to the awful treatment at check in!
