  Breakfast choices were not great, no waffle as mentioned on the website. Choice of fruits, breads can be improved also. Good customer and room service.

  Hot tube is permanently closed

  We stayed here twice this year. 2 nights in April and 2 in Nov. The stay in April was far superior to 2 main reasons. One the sizable hot tub was enjoyable and two, we had a room facing the back of the hotel. On our second stay, we were so disappointed to find the hot tub permanently closed! It’s a good thing I checked before we changed into swimsuits. The bigger problem was the front facing room. For some strange reasons they had a bright light shining up on our window the whole night and since the blinds weren’t black out, it made for very poor quality sleep. For the price, this is a solid stay, especially when you considering the free breakfast. I still give it a 4 stars since the lady at the front desk was super sweet. I tried buying milk but they weren’t selling any so she poured me some from the bar and gave it to me in a cup. I regret not remembering her name but am very thankful regardless!

  Nice convenient hotel in Milford

  Clean and convenient hotel behind the Connecticut Post Mall in Milford, Connecticut. Hotel is definitely dated but the price was good and the room and hotel were clean. Breakfast tasted a bit stale. Lobby is small and not a typical setup. First time seeing a bathroom without a sink in it. Also odd they chose to leave the spa abandoned in instead of doing something with it (it was left unlocked). Lastly, the HVAC unit cycles and hums loudly every hour or so.

  Love my stay. I rented this for a Diva Xmas slumber party for 4. It was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Easy checkin/check out. Love the text i received to let u know ur room is ready so I was able to get in before checkin time and set up for the nite.

  Staff were very friendly- and general hotel was clean but super disappointed with how difficult certain factors about this location made my stay. I am a breastfeeding mom and needed to store milk in the fridge so that my family could feed my newborn while I was at a wedding. The fridge was barely chill - not safe for milk storage - when spoke to staff we were told it's fine it works. We tried contacting staff again- they came to replace fridge.... with the same exact fridge. New fridge was the same temperature .. maybe 70 degrees . This caused me to have to have my husband drive back and forth to bring our family freshly pumped milk since all the milk that was brought to keep in the fridge spoiled due to the fridge not being cold. Also mattress looked dirty when we lifted the sheets. Heads up for young families thinking of staying
