    Staff was friendly, clean environment, safe area, free parking. All around a great experience. I would pick this hotel again if/when I go back to New Orleans.     Don't overlook this hotel, it is a gem.

    Probably the best value for your dollar in New Orleans. The staff is helpful, the rooms are as nice as some priced a hundred dollars more. It isn't in the heart of the "party" district, however there is a quaint little food/beverage district a couple of blocks away- easy walk, even at night. It is near a medical center, so area is well lit. I travel for work and I generally stay here if available.     Wonderful hotel, great staff, near Tulane.

    Melanie and Kevin welcome you as family. I have never seen nicer, kinder people at a hotel. They greet you by name and ask how your day was. The hotel is clean, fresh coffee alway ready in the lobby. We were here visiting Tulane and will be back.

    Marlene & Albert welcomed us with enthusiasm. Checked us in quickly and efficiently. Bags were in our room before we knew it. Always very helpful when we need suggestions for places to eat & ways to get around. Rooms are spacious with wet bar, microwave & refrigerator. Bathroom has walk in shower. Also, free on site parking a real plus. Rates are reasonable as well.Would always stay at Alder when in New Orleans.
