    I met Eric for the first time while staying at the Crowne Plaza. Eric is the nicest and most knowledgeable man. I looked forward to going down to the lobby every morning to see how he was doing and get recommendations. He is an excellent choice as a great “first face” you see coming in! Good job.

    I just wanted to say from the check in point keanti took very good care of me so patient and polite easy check in I got my keys in mins the lines were extremely long but I watched her check a bunch of people in with a smile on her face she needs a raise if u ask me also my room very clean the room was cold the water was hot I’ll definitely be back

    Had a great stay. The staff and the accommodations were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated but clean and well air conditioned. William M. greeted us with a smile on arrival and departure. Great place with an extremely large glorious lobby, multiple elevators and a hop , skip and a jump to Bourbon Street and very close to many other historic attractions.

    I had a small issue and after being greated by Greg, I was put in the hands of Mr.Juan, who said hive him 5mins…… after a small wait Mr. Juan put me in the hands of Ms. Keonti, who was able to resolve my issue. Ms. Keonti was also able to instruct on another issue I had on day 2. Mr.Greg was very helpful with getting my party situated. Kudos to them all.
