Location

The resort is located right on the Saint Charles Avenue and across the street from a trolley stop that takes guests to the famous French Quarter and much more. There really is no need for a vehicle as there is easy access to the trolley from all parts of the city. It is within walking distance to many dining areas - from a quick sandwich shop to fine dining. The Amtrak station is around 3 km away and the Greyhound station roughly 2 km. Louis Armstrong - New Orleans International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 25 km.

Facility

The complex welcomes guests in a 12-storey building with a lift and 264 suites. The reception desk is open round the clock. The hotel provides a safe, a cash machine, a newspaper stand, room service, a laundry service, a conference room and a banquet hall. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests can leisurely swim a few lengths of the heated freshwater pool. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and tennis are available. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. A spa, a sauna and steam bath are available in the wellness area.
