    Do not stay at this location. Booked because it had an airport shuttle. Landed at 10:30 pm could not call for shuttle waited till 12:00 am ! Took an Uber to hotel we’re told they hadn’t had phone service for 3 days so no way to receive a call. Room was not up to normal standards. Dirty and lacking normal items. Breakfast was also a big disappointment. Asked to be reimbursed for uber ride and denied asked to reinstate points used to book denied. Don’t book this hotel!!!

    Mold all over bathroom ceiling. Yuck.

    Upon checking in my room, the room was nice. I went to take a shower that evening and there was no hot water barely, and while washing my hair, I looked up and seen the ceiling was LOADED with MOLD. (See attached photo). I jumped out of the shower and called the reception. She said she cannot change my room (the hotel is huge and empty) (there was plenty of rooms). She said she will call maintenance, who was not at the hotel at the time. I told her it is getting late, there is nothing he can do, I'm running the water, there is no hot water, I don't need maintenance. She refused to change my room until I told her there was mold everywhere. After, when I got transferred, she mentioned someone else complained about no water on the fifth floor. While transferring, I was talking to a guest on the elevator, and their room was on the fifth floor and they just checked in. My question, "Why were they still putting customers on the fifth floor when there were no hot water and problems". I had a very early check out so I cannot mention about the breakfast. On a good note, the free shuttle to and from the airport was great service and on time and quick. The airport was very close also.

    Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Kenner for a 5 AM flight, and it worked out perfectly. The neighborhood feels a bit sketchy, but the hotel itself is secure and very convenient to the airport. Our room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly comfortable, with great bedding and a nice-sized bathroom. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the hotel was quiet enough for us to get solid sleep before our early departure. The free airport shuttle was a huge plus. Overall, a good value for a short, airport-focused stay.

    Room not ready, layout not accurate, shabby

    Room was not ready on time. The layout of the 2 room suite was mischaracrized - separate room with a table only, not sofa/tv/lounge space. Useless for our needs.Front desk worker was noncommunicative - stared at her computer for 20 minutes after I arrived, provided my name, ID and credit card. I had to prompt her several times to find out why she was not checking me in or speaking to me at all. When she finally spoke, she mumbled. I asked about a lobby restroom since I just drove 6 hours. She noted me. Did not offer to hold my luggage. Sat in car with luggage for 1.5 hours waiting on room readiness. No ice available. Ice was on 1st floor only and in the “employee only” area off the “kitchen”. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to others.

    Very Nice Hotel, Will Stay Again

    I usually avoid Comfort Inns, but this hotel is clean, features an airport shuttle (which is very convenient) AND they provided enough towels & wash cloths for everyone in the room - not every hotel that my family and I have stayed at has been so accommodating, unfortunate to say.Additionally, all of the hotel staff is really nice. My family came in from a cruise and arrived at the hotel too early to check-in and a room wasn't ready for us. The manager was kind enough to let us put our luggage (we had a lot) in her office until we could check in. That allowed us to get an Uber and go to a nearby Walmart to get a few things. How many hotel managers would be so kind? Definitely a level up from the Holiday Inn we stayed at across the street before our cruise (towel rod in the shower, what sense does THAT make?).Next time we cruise out of New Orleans and need a place to stay before and/or after, we're definitely staying at this Comfort Inn again!
