    We stayed a couple of nights while visiting New Orleans. There was never anyone at the front desk. There was a camera and you just had to stand there and wait for someone. The pool (and it was pool weather) was green and disgusting. Clearly not usable. Our bedroom area was clean enough but the bathroom was in poor shape. Mold, cracked surface on the tub, etc. There was no hair dryer in my room and I tried to call the front desk for one, but calling from the room just put you in a circle of messages, so I had to go down there and wait for someone to notice me. Breakfast is included but the first day, the sausage was cold. I usually drink a glass of milk and it was lukewarm. The second day, a different carafe of milk was spoiled and I couldn’t tell until I had taken a sip. Nothing was being kept up either morning…not checked for temp at all. The breakfast room was hot and it’s open right off the lobby. Several of the chairs were cracked and peeling. The WiFi was awful too. I was better off just using data on my phone. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Receptionist was warm and speedy. The room was spacious and comfortable with lots of pillows. The couch has a hide-away mattress which I did not need but would gave been handy if I had grandchildren with me. By the sofa were Two Ottomans, and a large cushioned settee that easily held my suitcase and carry-on bag.All the expected amenities were there: microwave, refrigerator, iron, coffee maker. Only issue I had : sink drained so slowly. Breakfast was perfect: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, dry cereal, apples, bananas, bagels, toast, and more. Elevator signs were shabby,

    We work put of town and had rented from them for some time. Everything was fine till one time they packed our stuff up cause the house keepers didn't get the message we where booked for an extended stay. When I got my stuff back not only was stuff missing but the house keepers thru trash from the room in with my stuff. Trash like dirty toilet paper, used coffee filters from the trash can, and the used bars of soap. I had special medication in my bathroom bag thay was missing. They never gave me my stuff back. Don't go here the house keepers are theives.

    This was my first time staying in the hotel (me and my mom stayed 2 nights) and it will now be my regular hotel i chose when i visit my daughter!! It's great for the price. The workers are all very nice. My mom has a bad knee and i asked for a room on the first floor and he gladly did it and was able to give me close to the entrance. I didn't hear any noise from people coming and going. The breakfast was nice and there was a worker who was very helpful to all the guests. The room was very clean, the beds were extremely nice and so comfortable. The bathroom was really big, very clean, and had plenty of towels. The pool was closed for the season, so we didn't get to enjoy it, but we we'rent there to swim. The location was easy to get to from the way that we came. I stayed in room 110 (double beds) and would definitely recommend the hotel. I didn't use the elevator so i can't speak on that. The hotel didn't smell musty or have dry air like others said in my opinion. I was a little worried about that and my mom or myself sick, but we the air quality was just fine for us. I will be staying there every time i go visit!!

    Pass on this hotel ..the air quality is bad, even the elevator is musty and the closed pool is green. The carpet needs removed and the AC filter needs replaced. This place needs vinyl flooring with the humidity. Dont stay on first floor as outdoor smoke drifts into your room.Breakfast was decent, housekeeping changed towels and tp daily. We came home sick (upper respiratory).
