    I expect a certain level of comfort when staying with this brand and they have exceeded that expectation with Comfort and Service!

    Bitter coffee, rancid orange juice, no biscuits & gravy, no meat, stale hard dry bagels, rental car covered in weed eater clippings, waffle maker not plugged in for service. Room temperature cycled between too hot and too cold. Gritty sticks, twigs, seeds, small stones were in room carpet -- shoes had to be worn in the room. Bath tub and toilet were clean.

    Shaan and the staff were great. Location was perfect for a "home base" and they appear to be working on fixing some humidity damage.

    Mold in shower TV broken off stand, Accessible room not as stated in listing on TripAdvisor

    Shower was moldy and room was dirty. This smelly room need the carpets cleaned badly. The TV was broken off the stand and it was listed on TripAdvisor as accessible room with a roll in shower, but it had a tub and the hotel said they have never had any roll in showers. This should be listed correctly. If I wanted to have a 2 star Motel 6 experience I would have stayed in one for much less money.

    The room smelled terribly of mildew, everything was dirty, there was black mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. The breakfast was disgusting, We left for the airport 4 hours early just to get out of there. Do not recommend.
