    Wonderful location and easy access from I10. Getting to the French quarter was simple. Mr Rose was very pleasant. Breakfast food was good with a nice variety.

    Affordable and convenient NOLA stay if you have a vehicle

    We stay at this hotel every time we visit our daughter who lives in New Orleans. When you have a car, you can't beat it as parking is free. No more than 15 minutes from all the NOLA sites. Included hot breakfast is fine. All the basics you need. Nice fire pit and outdoor pool area.

    Cool spot just a short drive from the quarter. Fenced in parking. Courtyard with outdoor pool. Hot breakfast that is included. Very reasonable rates.

    If you stay in the main building with the suites, then you’ll be fine. The remainder of the hotel is a converted motel with a courtyard so some of the rooms are wonky. I’ve never had an issue with an interior room, but something is usually wrong anytime I stay in an exterior courtyard room. This time my room smelled like musk, mold and mildew. It wasn’t good. The bed was super hard and I just didn’t have a good stay this time.

    For the two hour wait for a room that should have been ready at 3pm, broken fridge, towel shortage and subpar food options they should have charged less for the night.
