    Awful experience. Charged for smoking fee in the middle of the night when we were sleeping and charged an extra $350. Money grab.     The best hidden Gem in NOLA! Ryetta at the Front Desk is an ANGEL!

    This was my first time in NOLA and when I go back, I am staying here! The customer service was amazing. Ryetta at the front desk is an Angel! She gave outstanding front desk service! The food is delicious. The location was perfect. The price of the room was very affordable. I can't wait to return to NOLA and this Hampton!     Clean and spacious rooms. 5 minutes walk from the French Quarter. Valet parking is $50+. We opted for a parking garage right next door for $28/24hrs. The parking garage is actually attached to the hotel with direct corridor (open during day hours).The fitness room was clean and well equipped.
