Excellent staff very friendly. Hotel was very clean and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was clean and the coffee was fresh. Excellent, clean hotel with fabulous staff

My husband and I came to New Orleans for a wedding. We had a relatively early flight out of MSY so moved from a hotel in near Bourbon street to the Holiday Inn Express. We were not disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very pleasant. We want to commend especially Sharlene and Lou who were working the front desk. Sharlene greeting us when we arrived early on 4 January and made every effort to make us comfortable since we arrived early. She was able to get us into a room by 12:30 p.m. Sharlene was also working when we checked out. Lou was working when we checked out. I observed her working the front desk as well as helping the kitchen crew. She seamlessly worked from one area to the next with a very pleasant attitude. An added highlight was to have Oneil drive us to the airport. He was very clean cut yet with a little flare as only young people can do. His attitude was a delight. I would highly recommend this hotel for the value you receive for what you get. I spent time at the famous Roosevelt Hotel downtown and hands down this hotel out shown the Roosevelt for excellent staff.
