    Check room before you leave!

    We stayed two nights and unfortunately left some personally valuable items that are very meaningful to us in the closet cabinet of our room. I emailed the web address on their website and have called the front desk a couple times. The first time, an operator forwarded me to housekeeping but their mailbox was full. So I hung up and called back. The next person placed me on hold and unfortunately the call was lost. I'll continue trying to reach someone because I'm sick to my stomach that I left those items. Not sure what their protocol is for left behind valuables but I hope they will help us out. I will update when it is resolved.     Arrived after an overnight flight. What a dump. Sheets lamps stained. Chair ripped but told its useable. Shower marked ?? dirty. If i could i would go elsewhere but exhausted Bed changed what a joke just as marked and wrinkled.. My Birthday now spoiled. Also returning in a week for 2 nights before going home. Dreading it cant afford to cancel.     Cramped room with two beds. Sink was next to bed, not in bathroom with toilet and shower stall. Breakfast was good.     Great Hotel

    Great hotel close to the MSY airport. We used this as a pre cruise hotel and were very pleased with the hotel. The shuttle picked us up quickly. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. In addition, there is a bar/food establishment next door which was handy for a quick burger. I would definitely stay hear again.

    A lovely clean hotel that's close to the French Quarter. Breakfast is provided but as appears to be the norm in USA you're eating off paper plates with plastic cutlery. The room was a large king and very quiet. No kettle, there's a coffee maker with pods, reception will provide additional decaf pods as there's only 1 provided in the room. Doors are locked but accessible at night using your room card. The car parking costs $38 a night and is the only hotel we've been to this trip that charges for parking!
