    Great Location and Staff

    A very nice IHG hotel with a great location in a quieter area. Steps to the National WWII Museum, nice restaurants and the St. Charles streetcar line. You don't need to use your car once you're at this hotel -- the streetcars work great. PLUS, I left my key ring in the room, and with the help of housekeeping, Charmaine at the front desk, and General Manager Adam, they located my keys and Adam got them mailed back to me at home. Fantastic customer service!

    The T V continues to go in out. Cable is provided by Cox Communications The front desk personnel said the cable goes out through the entire building when it rains. I find it hard to believe, because it wasn’t raining and the cable was going in and out anyway.     Great hotel! It is super clean, safe, beautiful, and quiet. Staff are all super kind and helpful! Housekeeping does an incredible job keeping the place sanitary! The hotel is located in a great location, walking distance from all the great downtown shops and restaurants! The vibe of the place is so relaxing and peaceful. The rooms are both cozy, spacious, and clean! The hotel offers hot breakfast daily as well as a fitness center! Get the most out of your stay!     A Charming Hotel with Prices That Cannot Be Beat!

    This is my absolute favorite hotel in Downtown New Orleans! From the first time I stepped inside the lobby to check in I was absolutely in love with this place! I admire that the hotel itself within its architectural layout is literally a stunning piece of modern day art, it’s beautiful just to look at & creates this upbeat & vibrant vibe! The rooms are perfect! They offer so many different types of rooms so that they can accommodate all their guests individual needs whether it’s someone traveling solo on a business trip needing a king suite, or a family with younger children who could use a room with bunk-beds! Holiday Inn - Art District has it! The hotel is impeccably clean, and housekeeping are super attentive to keeping rooms and hotel sanitary! The hotel also provides a delicious hot breakfast every day, they have a gym, a snack shop, and all the employees are so polite, welcoming, and helpful! The main entrance usually locks after a certain time making it super safe and secure! Also very peaceful and quiet so you most certainly have every opportunity to enjoy some rest and relaxation! The sheets on the bed are clean & crisp. The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable. This hotel while featuring all these great things still keep their rates affordable! It is not overpriced. Overall 10/10, this place exceeded my expectations!     The location was right by World War II museum and near some good restaurant. The trolly stops really close to. Most of the hotel was updated and clean. This hotel is ok. Some days there was water in the lobby ,the breakfast was put together and the desk clerk was helpful and friendly. Someday no water in lobby, breakfast seemed half out and desk clerk was a one word answer. Also the lobby bathrooms were always out of toilet paper and not clean. It was quiet and had parking right next to it.
