    Horrible stay no tv ,no hot water,faucet at sink about to fall off. Only 2 towels when you ask for them we had to wait for some .     Horrible manage!

    What a horrible place to stay! I highly recommend not staying here. My experience was horrible!!! I walked into a lobby full of about 50 people waiting for rooms. The front desk was staffed with one person, but there were three others standing around that weren't capable of checking anyone in. It didn't matter whether you were first in line, Platinum member, or anything else. Rooms were given out in no order. Water was not offered at the front desk nor were amenity points handed out. The GM blames the front desk when it's his fault the hotel was not staffed properly. I've spent over 2600 nights in Holiday inn properties and this tanks up there with my worst two or three experiences. The attached photo only shows the Waiting area. No chairs were offered by the staff. Other people were sitting on the floor in different hallways. What a joke!I brought my concerns to the GM and received a basic , "I don't care " attitude. I highly recommend that you stay away no matter how convenient it is for you!     Stayed for buisness lady when i checked in was very helpful, Room ckean, hotel quite during may stay, free parking Resteraunt ok if you arrive and cannot be botherd to go out

    We arrived late and were impressed that the shuttle bus came to pick us up promptly from the airport. Check-in was efficient. Our room was as advertised - clean and comfy bed. It was strange that one side of the bed was missing a nightstand and lamp. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. There were no yogurts or bananas and it all looked a bit sad.Overall, in my experience a good place to stay when flying in/out.

    I had read the recent reviews and was a little worried but my experience was great. Right from the call from the airport to ask for the shuttle bus through to check out everything was as expected.Check in went well and my diamond status was rewarded with a free breakfast. Room was nice and cool and very clean with a great shower. The driver was there as soon as I collected my luggage.Breakfast buffet was ok but looked like the food had stood a while but the biscuits were out of this world.I’d noted someone said it was a long way from the airport but it took us 5 mins so didn’t understand that!Looking for a close place to the airport that is good, choose this one.Thanks folks you were great!!
