Location

This comfortable full service hotel is located in the centre of New Orleans within a few minutes of the French Quarter.

Facility

296 rooms and 3 suites are located on 18 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. Guests can go for an energising swim at the freshwater pool complex (in part heated). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent.     Great location, poor breakfast

    Visited here for a week in February for Mardi Gras. The location was great. It was just a 15min walk to French Quarter and there are bus stops and street car stops really close by. The room was spacious and aircon effective I couldn't hear any other rooms. The only problem with the aircon is that it blasts icy air at your face when you're lying in bed and there's no way to change it without turning it off. The room had a microwave and mini fridge but no plates or knives and forks. Even the cups for the complimentary coffee are paper cups. The included breakfast was the main let down. You get a voucher for a meal that consisted of breakfast potatoes, 2 eggs and 1 meat (sausage or bacon etc). We only ate it twice all week, it wasn't great.     Brilliant Holiday Inn and Out experience!

    Had the best time in a fantastic hotel close to loval attractions. The rooms are huge with great power showers and big comfortable beds. Very quiet at night and the housemaids do a wonderful job, cleaning every day. Lovely small but clean pool on the 8th floor with great views of Nola. The coffee machine was a nice touch too. Even the outside Memphis wall art near the car oark makes a great photo opportunity!The bar experience was amazing. We were regularly served by the wonderful Amy who looked after us so well and was speedy and attentive, a real bar star 🌟 So glad we chose here and hope to return,.     Dream Birthday trip but the Inn let us down

    Only gave it 1 because the location was good.Now let’s start, we got there and we’re not told about the breakfast credit but I will tell you that in a bit.Before arrive I sent them emails asking for the quite room but they stuck us right by the ice machine, I didn’t care that night as needed a sleep but rubbish night sleep due to people talking outside our room getting ice. Don’t start me on the air conditioning as it sounds like a jet engine.Next morning FairPlay they changed our room, yes a bit better but bathroom vent made a whistle noise, little positive air conditioning sounded a bit better.Breakfast, they give you a breakfast credit that’s only $20 but only 2 items on the menu for that cost, spend over that and you got to pay. So basically you can’t have coffee and a juice with your breakfast. Service is slow and luckily if you ever get a warm breakfast but if you complain at the main desk the girls don’t care one bit, think that’s why the security are there in case people complain. We were there for 10 nights but when it started to get lovely and sunny they closed the pool for maintenance, when I went to see the girls on the desk all she did was point to a sign and say didn’t you get the message, umm no.So that was enough, we packed up and moved hotels, wish we moved a lot earlier as the NOPSI hotel we moved to the service and everything is so much better.     Clean, spacious rooms in an excellent location in New Orleans

    A well located hotel, walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go, although Uber’s are so easy to use here if mobility is an issue. The hotel has very comfortable clean rooms and we loved the view from our window.The staff are welcoming and friendly.     A Pleasant Surprise

    Honestly, I did not put a lot of stock into Holiday Inn as a brand but I was pleasantly surprised at this room. The room was spacious and modern. Front desk staff was extremely polite. I arrived very early and I was able to still get into a room. Within pretty close walking distance of the French Quarter but not in the middle of all the action. I didn't use all the amenities but there is a gym, pool, and laundry room, and a cafe on the first floor. My only complaint is I wish the balcony in the room actually opened.
