    This hotel was a complete nightmare. The shower had one of the slowest drains I’ve ever seen—basically turning every shower into a bath at the same time. When we reported it to the front desk, it took them two hours to send someone, and all they did was dump Drano down the drain. Spoiler: it didn’t work.The next day, we complained again, hoping they’d actually fix it. Instead, it took them from 10am all the way until noon (checkout time, when our stay was basically over) to finally send someone again. At that point, it was useless because we were leaving.So, for our entire stay, we had to deal with a disgusting, half-flooded shower. The shower already wasn’t clean, but just the lack of urgency, lack of care, and complete incompetence from the staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.     The staff is very friendly, sweet, and will help with any task! Morgan, Pennie, and Tarya have made with hotel vist feel like another home!! They always joke around, laugh, and make you feel welcomed! Security though…he stand on business!!

    Great stay. Tarya and Pennie was very helpful at the front desk. They had welcomed me from the time I checked in until the time I left. They really care about there guest and makes you feel right at home. The hotel was nice and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

    Tarya was very kind and helpful. She had called me to inform me as soon as a room was available. I'd recommend this hotel just for individuals to be able to experience her presence. Also, there's plenty of parking space, but awkward if driving a big trailer.

    Roundhouse bar and grill.. definitely recommend!!! Food is AWESOME! Service was amazing!! I went on Monday and Tuesday and the service was awesome! I definitely recommend going on those days for sure. The cook also was great. I was also able to try something so special and I want to thank them for that as well. Made my experience in town amazing
