    The general manager was nice and tried to be helpful, but the minute she left, the staff did nothing she told me they would do. There is a sign that says, if you want clean towels bring the dirty ones downstairs and pick up more. Requested late check out as a diamond member and was told 12:30. Front desk clerks don’t speak at all. No greeting. Breakfast was standard. Shower pressure low. Room was fine. Because of the lack of customer service from staff, I would not stay here again.

    We were pretty disappointed with our stay at this location. We choose to stay at Home2 suites for two reasons - the breakfast spread and the space. We have never been disappointed until now. We arrived at breakfast at 9 AM and there was extremely slim pickings for “hot breakfast”. In fact, there was scraping in the bowl from the scrambled eggs and grits a couple of egg patties, hashbrowns and one breakfast burrito. We waited for a little while and had some coffee, hoping that some breakfast would be replaced. Other people came down during this time and took what little hot breakfast was left and they also seemed to be waiting for more options. Eventually, a lady came out and started tidying up, but didn’t even replace egg patties until 30 minutes later after our arrival to breakfast 37 minutes later, there was then bacon but nothing else was put out in regards to hot breakfast despite us asking and other people coming downstairs during the 9 o’clock hour. By 9:45 nothing else has been put out except the before mentioned items and she began cleaning up the other hot food options. We had intended to stay another night at this location, but after this morning experience, we have no intention of returning. People that have breakfast at nine should be afforded the same opportunity as the people that come down at seven. The only positive experience was the wonderful lady that checked us in the afternoon before.     Mrs Patrice who works the breakfast is awesome. Our 1st night was horrible. Front desk relocated us the remaining days. Our stay after changing rooms was good. Note, there’s no management or maintenance staff on weekends so keep that in mind. Also management NEVER reached out as promised. That was 4/11.     The rooms were in immaculate condition and very comfortable. John had awesome customer service and very professional. Thanks John for your warm welcome.
