Homewood Suites French Quarters is my pick when visiting New Orleans. Concierge Janae was truly a gem…greeted us with a smile each time when asked a question. Loved her personality! We are truly grateful for your loyalty and so glad to know how much Janae’s warmth and personality added to your visit. We cannot wait to welcome you back the next time you are in New Orleans!

Great

Virginia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The only thing I did not like was, I asked for an accessible room to be close to the elevators and someone told me that it was six doors away from the elevator, which it wasn’t. It was about 30 doors down from the elevator, Virginia was willing to change my room to closer, but we had already unpacked and did everything and I’m partially disabled so I just didn’t wanna do all that work again. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans French Quarter, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. It is heartening to hear how much Virginia at the front desk was able to assist you during your visit. We are truly sorry for the difficulty you faced in getting an accessible room nearer to the elevators, as well as for any miscommunication about its location. Your feedback will be shared with our Guest Relations team so we can work toward clearer guidance and a smoother arrival experience for guests needing accessible accommodations. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope you will consider staying with us again.

Disappointing
31 May 2026
We booked a one-bedroom suite for 5 nights in May. When we arrived, we were told that that room was not available for our stay. We were put in a small room. We were told that we would be given a $10 per night refund, which was not enough for the inconvenience caused by our room not being available. As it turns out, we are not getting a refund at all. They say it is because we paid in advance, in January, which makes no sense. They did give us points, which is not enough, in my opinion. That being said, the location was great. The breakfast was very bad. By the third day, I started eating bagel and cream cheese because the egg and meat dishes were inedible. The shower head in our room was very clogged and sprayed water in all directions. It also dripped on the metal plate all night. The ‘courtyard view’ is not really a view at all. Fun time in NOLA, awful hotel. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans French Quarter, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your experience, Marsha. We are genuinely sorry to hear about the many disappointments you encountered during your stay and especially the situation with your room and the refund process. Hearing that your visit was impacted by both the booking experience and conditions in your guest room is concerning, and we understand how frustrating this must have been.Your comments regarding breakfast, the view, and your shower have been shared with our housekeeping, engineering, and Guest Relations teams, as each of these areas plays an important role in delivering a comfortable stay. It was good to hear that you enjoyed the location, but we wish the rest of your time with us had left a better impression. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and we are grateful for the opportunity to improve.

Outstanding Stay Thanks to Joseph
17 May 2026
We chose to stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans French Quarter during our recent vacation celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our stay was absolutely wonderful from the time we checked into the hotel until the time we checked out. Thanks to Joseph, "our" Front Dest Clerk who made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. Joseph went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience. He greeted us as if he had known each other for years and consistently checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. He was also able to make excellent restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. He portrayed professionalism, kindness and genuine care that made a lasting impression on us. And this mannerism wasn't just shown with us. We watched as he greeted other guests and they all received the same level of professionalism and attentiveness, which speaks volumes about his character and dedication to customer service. Excellent customer service like this is rare and Joseph is a true aset to this hotel. Because of the service we received, we will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this property to others. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans French Quarter, responded to this review What an incredible way to celebrate your wedding anniversary, Mary!
