Central New Orleans Hotel
30 May 2026
Decent hotel in a central location. The hotel did not recognise my Hilton diamond status nor offer the benefits associated with this membership level. Hotel lobby is newly renovated but some rooms are very dark and/or have no rooms. We booked two rooms for our stay. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Hotel Theo New Orleans, Tapestry Collection By Hilton, responded to this review Brian, thank you for sharing your experience with us. While we're pleased our location suited your trip and that you liked our refreshed lobby, we're sorry your Hilton Diamond status was not acknowledged and that your room experience left you disappointed. Your feedback is important, and our Guest Relations team will be reviewing both the membership recognition and your comments about your guest room. We appreciate you choosing us and hope you'll consider a future stay.Emmanuel FernandezGeneral Manager

A real gem in the Crescent City!
03 May 2026
This was our first time staying at the Hotel Theo, but we will definitely be staying there again when we visit the Crescent City! Our room was comfortable, had all the necessary amenities and was spotless. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the Vieux Carre, the CBD and all that central NOLA has to offer, and it was much quieter than other hotels we've stayed at in the past, so we always got a good night's sleepThe restaurant, Lyon;s Corner, is great for breakfast before starting out on a day in the city (the salmon toast with poached egg was a favorite, as was the breakfast skillet). Will, the restaurant manager, was great as well! What really set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Gwen, Malcolm, Timothy, Javon and Carey at the front desk were always super helpful and responsive, and Emanuel and Corey run a great ship!We will definitely be staying here on our future trips - thanks for a great stay! General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Hotel Theo New Orleans, Tapestry Collection By Hilton, responded to this review Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, Tony. Reading your review brought a smile to our entire team. We are thrilled to hear that your first visit to Hotel Theo New Orleans left such a memorable impression and that your guest room provided the comfort and quiet you were hoping for after busy days exploring the city. We're delighted you enjoyed Lyon’s Corner for breakfast and that Will helped make your mornings special. It is especially meaningful to see Gwen, Malcolm, Timothy, Javon, Carey, Emanuel, and Corey mentioned by name for the warm hospitality you received at the front desk and throughout your stay. Those connections are at the heart of what we aim to provide every guest.Thank you for choosing us for your stay in the Crescent City. We are already looking forward to welcoming you back on your next adventure to New Orleans!Emmanuel FernandezGeneral Manager
