    While I was disappointed that I wasn’t told the pool was closed & I didn’t get a handicapped room that I desperately needed. The employees made sure my stay was safe and pleasant!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    DO NOT BOOK! 1ST website says there's a shuttle and they don't have a shuttle available. 2nd fraudulent charges on my account and I can't get the manager on the phone. Now trying to dispute.

    I have consistently been very pleased with Wyndham hotels; however, this particular location was HORRIBLE! The establishment exhibited poor customer service, had an unpleasant odor, and the initially assigned room was unclean (not to mention it reeked of body odor), necessitating a change. The courtyard was inaccessible, the bar was permanently shut down, and the bathtub was in terrible condition. Corporate headquarters needs to thoroughly investigate the management overseeing this establishment.

    Horrible customer service. First room was dirty. Second room was dirty as well. Definitely not a breakfast. No coffee.
