    Tyisha for President

    rating15 Jun 2026

I traveled from Honolulu to New Orleans. My flight was delayed 6 hours causing our entire flight routes to change. Walking into the hotel lobby and being greeted by Tyisha before even rolling my luggage in erased the 24th a of travel horror. The best part…. She did research on the conference I’m here for. And even thanked us for our service. Best hotel check in I have ever experienced (and I travel once a month). 1000/10 recommend Tyisha and her front desk team that was working around 3pm on 6/16! They all were great! Kenneth Jacques, General Manager at Le Meridien New Orleans, responded to this review Merci beaucoup for your wonderful review! We are truly delighted to hear about your experience at Le Méridien New Orleans, and especially your kind words about Tyisha. She embodies the spirit of our brand—gracious, attentive, and committed to creating memorable moments for each guest. We are sorry to hear about your injury upon arrival, but it means so much to know that Tyisha was able to turn that moment into one of genuine care and exceptional service. Your recognition of her as “the epitome of the Bonvoy experience” is the highest compliment we could receive. We will be sure to share your feedback with her—she will be thrilled to know she made such a meaningful impression.À bientôt, we hope to welcome you back again soon for another exceptional stay. Warm regards,Kenneth
