    The Pelham Hotel

    rating31 May 2026

We had a wonderful stay at The Pelham Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made our experience exceptional was Sunil at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Sunil was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions with a smile, and made us feel valued as guests throughout our stay. His outstanding customer service turned a great hotel stay into a memorable one. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and makes such a positive impact on guests. Thank you, Sunil, for your kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend The Pelham Hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! Excellent Accommodation and Service

    rating15 May 2026

We planned a vacation with our family. The old school accommodations were nostalgic but lacked some amenities. There was no ice machine but rather ice in a chest by the front desk. The private elevator to our room was very nice. The location was within walking distance the French Quarter and nearby casino. 🎰 Excellent stay. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at The Pelham Hotel, responded to this review We truly enjoyed reading about your family's stay and appreciate you choosing The Pelham Hotel for your vacation. It is wonderful to hear that the character of our accommodations and the private elevator to your room helped make your time memorable, while our location gave you access to the French Quarter and so much more.Thank you for highlighting both what you enjoyed and the nostalgia our hotel offers, as well as sharing your thoughts on the amenities. We would love to welcome you and your family back the next time your travels bring you to the area!
