Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 60 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made our experience exceptional was Sunil at the front desk.From the moment we arrived, Sunil was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive.     Stayed here for two nights. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Great location, close to the French Quarter. Staff very friendly and professional, especially Jessica who was very helpful.     We planned a vacation with our family. The old school accommodations were nostalgic but lacked some amenities. There was no ice machine but rather ice in a chest by the front desk. The private elevator to our room was very nice. The location was within walking distance the French Quarter and nearby casino. 🎰 Excellent stay.
