    WORST MOTEL EVER!!!

    Do not stay at this hotel!!! Absolute worst motel I have ever stayed at. We were overcharged 131.95. When brought to management's attention, we were told that it would be taken care of by corporate. When we spoke to corporate, we were told that all financial transactions were handled by corporate. When we spoke to management again, she got sparky and said to dispute it with bank. Room was disgusting. There were mouse droppings in drawers. The door was filthy and did not shut properly. We requested 2 towels and were told we had to turn in used towels in order to get clean towels. Housekeeping took used towels, therefore we didn't have towels to turn in. Had to argue with front desk for clean towels. Amazing to me that Wyndam would run a hotel this awful! They really need to look at this property.

    I have stayed in many hotels across the US and europe - and this was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. I have stayed in cheap low cost hostels and this was 1000x worse. lights on ceilings had plastic bags on them. room smelled of sick. very dirty and dusty overall. we had no options to get another hotel that night after trying so we had no choice but to stay here. checked out ASAP the next day.

    Hotel required cash room deposit and then unable to return on day of departure unless we stayed until 9:00am. Credit card charges were incorrect and the staff was unable to correct them. Repeatedly called to try and resolve but no one picks up the phone. Pictures on-line must be when the hotel was first opened and not representative.

    I left the hotel immediately after seeing my room - as it was too smelly and dirty. Dirty carpet, horrible smell, green water in the pool - obviously not maintained at all. Receptionist told me that I will not be charged at all for my 2-3 minutes stay - but unfortunately I was charged anyway and now have to involve my lawyer into the case as hotel is not responding to my messages.

    Stay here at your own risk! Front desk didn’t answer the phone and I had a lot to report. 110 degrees outside (Literally, due to heat advisory & humidity. Not exaggeration) and the AC WAS NOT on in the room I was assigned to. I had already walked 7-8 minutes looking for my room because it wasn’t in the place the clerk at the desk told me it would be, which was facing the courtyard. The room was in an odd place and the number sequences didn’t add up easily to find. I was drenched in sweat when I walked in the room and tired from my day. These were 3 of 5 issues I would have with this DELUXE room experience. AC blew cold after the room finally cooled off. Yaay! Too bad I had to wake up and get out of bed to lower it after I had finally fallen asleep. Not writing the other 2 issues because this was a traumatizing experience for me, unfortunately.
