    I arrived to the hotel around 1am I walk into a warm welcome and smile from Mrs fran, she made the checkin process quick and efficient, she was very informative. My room was great nice and spacious and clean. Hotel located in the out skirts of the french quarter short walk to everything. The southern hospitality of all the staff i encountered was above and beyond. Will definitely be coming back and I will for sure tell all my family and friends if they are ever here in new orleans they need to stay at the Springhill suites downtown canal street..     Clean and Well Maintained

    Just returned from a quick trip to New Orleans where we stayed at SpringHill Suites. Our room was spacious and clean with very comfortable pillows and beds. The property was well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful view from the rooftop bar, although it was a bit of a ghost town. One of my favorite aspects was that I could see the streetcars going up and down Canal from the room. Be sure to get the LePass app if you're interested in riding. One tip- the hotel parking is really pricey. We parked in the lot next door for half the price.     Springhill to the Rescue 🥰

    My husband and I had our 1st trip to New Orleans. When we got to our booked hotel, we were told we didn't have a room available due to the AC no longer working in our room, but we were booked for a room at their sister hotel (Springhill Downtown New Orleans). We were told we would be able to return the next day at our previously booked hotel. The next day came and again our room was not available. Thanks to Ms. Fannie and her staff at Springhill we were rescued from what could have been a horrible experience. They turned our frustrations from anger to a state of joy. Although they were booked in their own right, they made sure we had a room for the duration of our trip. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Every staff member greeted us with warm smiles and asked us continously if there was anything else we needed. I will always recommend the Springhill Downtown New Orleans.     Very friendly staff all around. Particularly at the front desk. Good location too, can get to everything by the cable car that has a stop 2 minute walk away.
