Facility

The hotel was built in 1893. Guests have a choice of 504 rooms located in a 14-storey main building and a 12-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     WOW! Fantastic experience at The Waldorf Astoria New Orleans! We stayed in a lovely 2 queen suite. Very open living area with bathroom. Bedroom area included a large closet and bathroom. Shower was on point!!! The pool was fabulous! The team members in the bar/restaurant were so welcoming and hospitable!!! The best of the best who deserve recognition are Jada, T, Terronia and Duc. Just fabulous Waldorf Astoria service mixed with New Orleans love!

    The reception line to check in is absolutely horrible. I have no idea why it takes them so long to check people in. I’ve already been waiting 45 minutes and I’m still waiting. They desperately need to do something here. Poor customer service, especially when you are arriving at the hotel after a long flight and just wanna check in.

    Our stay at The Roosevelt was great from beginning to end! Joshua at the front desk was the best. He talked us through our itinerary and even suggested a few local restaurants to try and they were great. 'B' who was the pool attendant was very nice and gave us a treat for our anniversary. Those two are the reason we will be back.

    I’m celebrating my 21st birthday at The Roosevelt, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience!!I have to give a huge thank you to Shalayia and Garyelle at the Fountain Lounge!! They made me and my family feel so welcome and celebrated the entire time we were there. Their kindness felt so genuine, and they truly went out of their way to make my birthday special!!Shalayia completely surprised us with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot for my 21st birthday on our first morning here, which was such an incredibly thoughtful and generous gesture!! I was honestly shocked. It made me feel more celebrated for the start of our weekend,,Garyelle was just as amazing and surprised me with a slice of red velvet birthday cake. It was such a sweet touch and she was so friendly and attentive!!!,,The two girls at the Teddy Cafe we also super sweet and funny!! I just forgot to get their names :( !!Courtney and Matt at The Sazerac was also super kind to us all weekend!! I also want to thank Wendy at the front desk. She was so kind, welcoming, and helpful to my family and me. She made us feel at home and added to what has been such an amazing birthday trip.Can’t forget Tavin Francis the Security Manager!! He is so funny and generous to our family during our stay!! We loved the mini beignets before our departure ! All of their kindness and hospitality meant more than they probably know, and my family and I will be talking about this trip for a long time. They all deserve raises?????? Thank you all for making my 21st birthday so special ??????????
