    Roxy, is amazing. She is always thoughtful and thorough. I called ahead of time prior to my stay to schedule tourist attractions. She emailed me a list of things to do prior to my arrival She made herself available to answer any questions during my stay and to help with booking amd restaurants. Thank you so much! This was my second stay and I received the same customer service, outstanding as usual!!

    We spent 5 nights at the Westin on a leisure trip. The room was very nice. It had a great view of the river. The hotel's location was good, with just a short walk to the French Quarter and in easy walking distance to the Riverwalk. The area was very quiet. The concierge was helpful in getting us started when we arrived.We had a package that included the buffet breakfast. It was simply not up to par. The fruit was old and the croissants were dry.     Best location to be close to, but not in the commotion that is New Orleans

    I Stayed at the Westin New Orleans for two nights in Mid-April. Valet parking is expensive, but that is the case everywhere in New Orleans. The hotel sits above a shopping center, so you take an elevator to the 11th floor lobby…and then a different set of elevators to your room. The whole hotel has a high-end feel to it. Check-in was quick and friendly. Your rooms comes with a bus/trolly pass each day, you just have to pick them up from the concierge. There is also room credit that you can use at the lobby bar.My room was 2127, a King Riverview River Suite with great views of the Mississippi and the little park below. The room was big, beautiful, clean, and everything worked as expected. The bed was very comfortable. Never heard any noise from other rooms or outside. Very short walk to Bourbon Street or Jackson Square. With the free bus/tram tickets you can get anywhere quickly enough.I happened to be there during the French Quarter Fest, much of which was happening right outside the hotel at the riverside park. It was very convenient and I got to try lots of Creole and Cajun food and listen to local music. Because of this, I did not eat at the hotel.     Definitely a great stay from start to finish. We were tracked in and directed to the 11th floor by valet as that is where the check-in is. Check-in was prompt and easy. We had a great view of the river from our room. It wasn’t noisy at all, except for occasional train in the middle of the night. And that it was a nice location and super convenient to a lot of locations for food and things to do. A special shout out to food anddrinks manager Nate who invited us to the speak easy called the vault.     Blaring train noise every morning at 6:30AM

    The front desk experience was great! The bartenders and view from 11th floor bar is worth a stay for a night.
