    Great location to walk to Broadway shows. The rooms are nice, and service was great. I particularly liked the excellent refrigerators, which unlike most hotels, were actually cold. The ground floor tapas restaurant is excellent, and the rooftop bar is fun.     We absolutely love staying at the AC Hotel New York Times Square. The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything, which makes it perfect for our team when we’re in NYC for trade shows.One of the highlights of the hotel is the fantastic dining and social options. The restaurant downstairs, Boqueria, is truly amazing, and the rooftop bar, Castell Rooftop Lounge, is a standout feature. It has a great menu and is the perfect place to unwind after a long day while enjoying beautiful NYC views. It’s also an ideal venue for events—we hosted a full cocktail reception there last year for our company, and it was a huge success.The rooms are spacious (especially for New York City standards), with large, comfortable bathrooms, which our team really appreciates during longer stays.What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The sales team is wonderful to work with—professional, responsive, and accommodating.     This was our second stay at the AC Hotel Times Square, and once again, it was an outstanding experience.My husband and I visit New York regularly for weekends filled with Broadway shows, great food, and exploring the city, and this hotel has quickly become our home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.
