    A perfect spot for a city break in NYC!

    A perfect place to stay for a few days in the city. Location is perfect walking distance into Soho! Our room faced over the garden terrace and windows opened up for some air so the room felt nice and spacious, not too small.As two young women staying here (wlw couple) we felt wary staying in NYC. However, the hotel itself feels very safe, the rooms have double bolts so you feel secure in your room at night. No noise on our floor at all and the other guests all seemed respectful and pleasant. They have a shop in reception which has breakfast food and also a coffee station so we could order ice lattes/pastries in the morning when we didn’t want to leave the hotel which was greatThe main restaurant has really nice food, we had dinner one night and lunch on another day on the terrace, so if you don’t want to leave the hotel you could realistically just eat there all day! Friendly staff who were very accommodating and kept asking if we wanted another drink etc. We didn’t do work from here, however there was a whole space with sofas and nice big tables if you did want to work from here you could get lots done in a nice chill environment!When we wanted more towels or room service the staff on front desk were very helpful and quick - no hanging about or fluff! Loved it. Would stay here again.

    Great staff and location. East access to multiple train lines. Rooms were small but very clean. Roof top deck was a big plus.
