    The Aiden Hotel is kind of hidden away on a one-way street behind a huge parking lot. There is no sign at the entrance indicating where it is exactly, and GPS will send you to the parking lot that obscures the building in the background. So I suggest calling the front desk to get the address you'll need to find it. Furthermore, there is no microwave in the room, and you pay for breakfast at a little coffee shop downstairs. There is also no laundry for those staying a few days. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is nothing to write home about, but it does have a nice ambience with music. The room was clean & that was a saving grace, as was the staff. Best Western, General Manager at Aiden by Best Western Newark Airport, responded to this review Thank you for your review!     Horrible experience - woken up in the middle of the night for 2 hours by alarms and flooding

    Do not stay here - construction ongoing, water dripping into my room, fire alarm going off at 3 AM for 2 hours due to major flood in the lobby, bar served uncooked chicken, staff unwilling to provide any kind of apology or compensation for all this inconvenience. Worst experience at a hotel that I can remember. Best Western, General Manager at Aiden by Best Western Newark Airport, responded to this review This unfortunate situation was due to a frozen sprinkler pipe which burst. Safety is our number one concern and our alarm system acted accordingly. Our construction is completed and we would love to welcome you back to see our finished Aiden by Best Western product.     Snow storm

    With a snow storm hitting NY/NJ I reserved a room knowing I probably will not be able to get home locally. Amazjng stay . Staff was great when I made it through the snow. My room ready and warm. The room was clean and large. The walkways were plowed so I did not fall. Internet had a great connection . Back to wobreakfast. so I was unable to have b reakfast.

    Absolutely the worse Best Western I ever stayed at. Loud, dirty, ceiling paint falling off, no breakfast, even though Best Western is knows for free breakfast.
