    Always happy with my Club Quarters stay in NY City by Grand Central. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and I feel safe. The beds are comfortable and pillows are as well.

    Stayed here in Feb 26 prior to joining a cruise. It’s a perfect basic base for touring the city. Walking distance for everything and excellent front of house staff. Rooms were on the small size but considering location and cost this was expected. It had everything we needed for the short stay.

    What a lovely hotel, we definitely did well booking this one! Perfect location, really clean and spacious room, everything was so well presented. Check-in staff were so lovely, and any dealings we had with any of the staff over our 5-day stay was really positive. The common area upstairs on the 27th floor was a really lovely space with a great terrace on one side. I went up there early every morning, grabbed a coffee from the machine and sat outside to watch the city waking up, really loved that!We had a very late flight out of the JFK but the staff had zero problems hanging on to our luggage for us and let us use the common area upstairs for an hour or so before we headed off to the airport; that was a huge bonus for us. Overall, I can't fault anything about the hotel: the staff, the service, the cleanliness or location; definitely recommend!
