    Best service ever seen. Breakfast was so helpful and the woman running it hustled like the best server on the planet. Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance staff were all simply fantastic. Such a great week in Brooklyn, played hard, slept well. And I was here when the Knicks won the title!!     The Most Amazing Staff Ever

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Comfort Inn Prospect Park Brooklyn. I traveled all the way from Los Angeles and arrived in New York early in the morning after flying overnight. Exhausted, hungry, unfamiliar with the subway system, and navigating the city for the very first time, I honestly wasn’t sure how the rest of my day would go.From the moment I arrived around 8:30 a.m., the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for.Billy at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He kindly held my luggage, showed me where the restroom was, and treated me with such warmth and professionalism during a time when I was running on very little sleep.General Manager Kemol truly demonstrated outstanding leadership and hospitality by asking his team to accommodate an early check-in request. After traveling through the night, this level of compassion meant more than words can express.I also want to recognize Elizabeth from the housekeeping team, who worked hard to ensure that my room was cleaned and ready as quickly as possible. Her efforts did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated.As a first-time visitor to New York, this experience reminded me that genuine kindness still exists. The entire team made what could have been a stressful morning into one filled with comfort, relief, and gratitude.Thank you, Kemol, Billy, Elizabeth, and the entire staff for your exceptional service.     A lovely 5 days at the comfort inn

    The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The comfort inn has a nice atmosphere with a dining area for guests that includes coffee, tea, condiments and a nice TV for those who watch television. Great location close to trains and the staff is quite helpful.
