    Lots of good amenities and room was very clean. Alena C was so kind at checkin after a long day of travelling and made our stay awesome.

    I have to say that Marriott should be thoroughly ashamed of putting their name to this hotel. The whole experience from start to finish was awful. Check in lasted 30 minutes as two incompetent staff flustered around trying to find a room that was clean. I was on the verge of leaving but it was late so I persisted and waited for a room. The hotel is also not very clean, corridors and lift scattered with bits of rubbish. It all felt quite shabby. Upon check in the room was fine but pillows were awful and the room noisy. The front facing rooms all face a busy highway with constant traffic noise. Breakfast was very basic with a voucher covering a breakfast roll and cup of coffee. My room wasn’t cleaned the following day, I don’t know why but I had already decided to check out so didn’t complain. The final issue in check out no manager or desk staff in sight. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a member of that to return to the desk to check me out. Also the booking reference didn’t show up on my Marriott hotel app, despite the fact I gave the number on checkin. What a total shambles

    We got to the hotel late and there were no valet spots available. That was so anxiety producing for me and my husband and we didn't know what to do. I had to pressure and insist to the young valet person on what to do. I demanded reasonable solutions and was freaking out because I did not know the neighborhood.Fortunately, after driving around, we could see that it was a good neighborhood with high-end vehicles parked on the streets.We had to park about 3-4 blocks away, but it seemed safe.Very clean room, easy check in and out.

    Pleasantly surprised by the Queens/Fresh Meadows Courtyard! My flight from LGA was cancelled at 8pm. As a solo female business traveler, I was lucky to have found the hotel which felt safe upon arrival and offered great accommodations. Friendly staff welcomed me, room was fresh, clean and comfy. Bathroom/shower was great, too. Although I did not use it, there was a bar/restaurant area. In the morning, a very nice woman prepping the restaurant area which was not open yet, but kindly made a coffee for me. There is a comfortable lounge area with couches and chairs, plus an outdoor courtyard that has a cool seating area. Very reasonably priced, too! 10 min from LGA.

    Absolutely terrible and a nightmare experience.

    There was zero customer service, no management presence, and the front desk staff were extremely unprofessional, rude, and even hostile.Our booking was canceled without our consent by the front desk staff member, Shania, simply because we asked to view the room before our check-in day. She became upset when my husband asked for her name and the manager’s name — and shockingly, she turned around, canceled our reservation, slammed the door, filmed us, and even called the police on us for no reason.She completely ruined our wedding plans and caused me to have a mental breakdown the day before our wedding. We contacted Marriott customer service, who agreed the situation was unacceptable and said they would escalate the case since there was no manager on site.What’s worse — they told us the room was booked by someone else after the cancellation, but in reality, Shania held it for over an hour. We had no choice but to re-book it ourselves due to limited availability.The room itself was in horrible condition: no maintenance, stains everywhere, peeling walls, and even visible blood stains on the wall next to the toilet. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unacceptable.This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had, especially during such an important time in our lives. Completely unacceptable and outrageous for a Marriott property.We’ve called Marriott customer service multiple times, and each time they told us the case would be escalated. Yet to this day, no one from upper management has reached out to us.I eventually received an email from the front desk supervisor, but her tone made it clear that they have no intention of taking any real action. It honestly felt like they just don’t care at all.If you work in customer service — especially in the hospitality industry — you should lead with heart, empathy, and professionalism. Sadly, this experience showed none of that.
