    Great hotel, under renovations but you would never know that there's reno going on because there's no noise what's so ever. Front desk is great food is better than most hotels nearby.     “Interesting” in Elizabeth

    Elizabeth seems like an industrial and busy place close by Newark airport. The hotel is a quiet oasis for a great sleep in comfort, however. The airport shuttle is OK, but the process to get to the pick up point involved an initial airport shuttle to the air train station, and a trip on the air train. With these waits, plus the evening traffic, and extensive construction at EWR, I spent nearly one hour getting to the hotel. In the morning the trip back to the terminal using the shuttle took a half hour. Travellers should be aware! The hotel staff had good intentions at heart, but routine items, like connecting to wifi or receiving a phone message to my room did not go smoothly. In fact when I finally figured out how to get that message, it was definitely not for me! Really I had to laugh, but someone in a rush may not find any humour in it.     I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience, largely thanks to the outstanding staff. From the moment I arrived, Vanesa at reception made me feel welcome with her warm smile, professionalism, and efficiency. She handled everything smoothly and was always ready to assist with any questions, making check-in and my overall stay completely stress-free.In the dining area, Alba and Daisy were equally impressive. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out—they made every meal feel special and comfortable.I would also like to mention the gentleman who drove us to the airport on the shuttle.
