  The hotel.shuttlw was super late. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms but the bath towel had in a big hole. The bed was comfortable the TV could have done with a little better size and the toilet was kinda to low. I would stay here again despite these minor issue.

  Don’t rely on the shuttle bus service to come on time. Call the hotel ahead of time if you plan on using that service.Overall is okay. Good for the money and fine if you’re only there for one night. The staff are helpful and will hold your bags if you plan to stay in the city after checkout.The breakfast is small- bagels/fruit cups. Fine enough for me.

  This hotel was horrible… & the staff too!! Had ant’s & bugs crawling everywhere!! Called front desk & she could care less!!! Parking is horrible, & the stay all together was a nightmare. I can’t say nothing good!!!!!

  Room door never locked and we were unsafe and our stuff was not secure and they make you sign a liability if anything is missing but the room door never locked ! And they never gave me a credit or refund all they did was change our room ! Nothing for our inconvenience and our safety at all ! Plus they never checked if you actually a guest or not ! Anyone can access or follow you to your rooms !

  Horrible Visit

  I stayed at this hotel during multiple of my visits to New York and had a visit each and every time. During one of my visits one of the actual employees provided me with false information was very rude and refused to even provide me with his name and tell me that he doesn't have to. When I discuss this with the manager(A larger Hispanic or mixed woman) after speaking about it to multiple employees she provided absolutely no help or resolution to this terrible experience that I went through. This same manager I advised that one of the rooms that I had smelt very heavily of mold and another one the bath tub was absolutely filthy and shower curtain was full of mold and was told by the same manager that she watch them clean this tub(pictures of tub after "she watched them clean it earlier) and just was provided with a bunch of excuses she was not caring tell her it's the fact that I experienced these things during my visit and Seemed even offended that I complained. I will say during my visit there was one African-American employee a woman with glasses who was always very nice and very courteous but I do not recommend this hotel at all the location is terrible the rooms are filthy in and the customer service is unbelievably Terrible!
