    I stayed at this hotel for two nights and chose it primarily because of its convenient location within walking distance of my aunt's home. Since we only needed a place to sleep, the hotel was adequate.However, I was disappointed with the customer service. There was no hair dryer in the room, so I requested one in the evening as I needed it early the next morning. The hair dryer provided was not working. When I asked for a replacement, I was told that one could not be provided until after 9:00 am, even though I was planning to leave around 8:00 am. The receptionist promised to find a solution but never followed up. This lack of responsiveness was frustrating and left a negative impression of the service.

Amenities were somewhat limited, and the breakfast was the traditional continental-style offering commonly found with this hotel chain. Overall, a practical and comfortable option if you need a place to stay in the area.”

    Cool low key, and clean location. Professional staff and service .Check in was simple and easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was the noise of the construction and renovation work during the day. Overall the stay was very pleasant
