    For the 3rd year in a row, we have used this hotel/venue for our 250+ guest event and each year it exceeds expectations. The hospitality/event management is very professional and accommodating ensuring that each detail is perfect. We have been receiving amazing comments from our guests that attended our Veteran event this last weekend. Big kudos to the Hospitality Manager Susan and her team who always go above and beyond. The hotel looks modern, clean and the restaurant is amazing.

    Staff is a solid 10. Aaron, Luck, and Darolyn. Were extremely helpful my stay there. Restaurant food actually had flavor.

    Pool was closed for maintenance, ice machine on our floor was broken, towels smelled musty. We tried to call before making our reservation to make sure the pool was open as that was the main reason for visiting with our toddlers but could not get through to the front desk. Front desk person was not apologetic or kind about the trouble and it was not posted anywhere that the pool was closed. Will not be returning.     Nice corner room! However the adjacent room only had a door in between so we heard our neighbors all weekend. But that’s what earplugs are for!Adden at the front desk was lovely and very helpful.The hotel is run down. Hilton, do a makeover!!     My stay at the Doubletree by Hilton in Fairfield NJ

    So I stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton in Fairfield NJ with my mom and grandma. We were going to visit Dewey Ave in Totowa which is where my grandma grew up. So my mom picked this hotel to stay at and it was a pleasant stay. They had an indoor pool there and my mom and I were the only ones using the pool but that's probably because it was about time for them to close the pool for the day so at least we got to use the pool before it closed for the day. And here comes the only downside. They have a restaurant there called Nectar and the French fries that I had weren't very good but at least I had my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches but that is the only downside that the hotel had. Everything else was great. The room we stayed in was nice. I would stay here again sometime in the near future.
