    Horrible night. Disrespectful receptionist

    The most horrible rooms and front desk service.no AC working. The solution is to send someone to check the AC at 2:00 am then he said he can’t do anything besides giving us a small fan. When we complained and wanted to change the room the front desk guy hanged up the phone on my face and said get out of the hotel . He was very disrespectful. He said it’s not his problem it’s Hilton problem. So now we wants to know how this can be solved are we getting scammed or what ,?

    We were only there for two nights but wish it could have been longer. This hotel is exceptionally clean with a warm, friendly and professional staff. The room was large by NYC standards, clean, quiet and comfortable. Shout out to the front desk staff who provided special attention to our needs.
