    Lyle saved my day

    Lyle fixed my checkin complication I stay here 3 times a year for a repeated meeting. And have for years. I started the registration online but it didn’t complete correctly. So I arrived after a missed overseas flight with noLuggage jet lagged and frazzled. He very kindly got me immediately into a room on the requested floor. And a Warm cookie and bottle of water. Lyle rocked it for me. Thanks Lyle!

    I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this hotel. We booked and paid for our room over a week in advance, only to arrive late in the evening and be told the hotel was overbooked. Instead of receiving the accommodation we had reserved, we were simply handed a “walk away” form and sent to another hotel over 3 miles away. The entire situation was handled terribly from start to finish. Customer service was poor, there was little communication, and most frustratingly, absolutely no genuine apology for the inconvenience caused. After a long day of travel, the last thing paying guests expect is to be turned away from a confirmed reservation.The check-in area was chaotic, with a queue more than 10 people deep and many customers visibly frustrated and exhausted. It was clear the hotel was completely unprepared and had no effective plan in place to manage the situation.To make matters worse, the alternative hotel provided was not remotely equivalent to what we originally booked. It lacked the facilities we specifically chose this hotel for — including a restaurant and pool — despite us paying approximately $200 per night.Overall, this was an extremely poor customer experience and not the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel charging premium rates. We left feeling inconvenienced, undervalued, and very disappointed.

    Really terrific airport hotel....very comfortable, reasonable price...excellent breakfast options, clean, spacious - even has a mini refrigerator. Staff was professional and friendly.     Decent hotel for a short layover

    The airport shuttle is efficient and runs every 30min to Newark airport. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food credit can be used for a decent meal at the restaurant during lunch. The check-in lines can be crowded during the afternoon peak period.
