    Called ahead and spoke to David. Libby was full and lots of activity people checking out and some checking in. As a Hilton Honors member, he had me ready to go so all I had to do was give him a credit card and show ID. Up to my room with an early check-in and back to “working from home”. Kudos to David !!     First time staying at this hotel, frequent Hilton girlie. 🫶 Tuwina took PHENOMENAL care of me at check-in…she was super quick, so friendly and kind…I instantly felt welcomed.     Stayed for 6 nights. Location is central, key area for a tourist. The rooms were good, happy with the beds, although room was a bit small, we had booked 2 queen and with 3 people and 3 luggage it was difficult with storage and space. Clean and fresh, we were on the second floor so no particular view but very quiet even though so close to the street so that was very nice. Staff was lovely and accommodating and helped us with transfers to the airport (Crystal) which was much appreciated. We tried the roof top bar which was decent and had good views!     Enjoyable stay and great location!

    Went to NYC for a first time trip with our family, which included two teenagers. Had a great, hassle-free stay at the Double Tree. Check in was very easy. We were always greeted kindly by desk staff when we needed to ask questions and all were very helpful. David checked us in and recommended a delicious little pizza spot down the block, Vito’s. Props to David because we probably stopped for pizza at that place four times during our stay! The rooms are small but that is to be expected with any hotel in the city. We really liked the location as it was very close to Penn Station so getting to the subway was really easy. It was also very walkable to Times Square and our Broadway show. Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend this location!
