This property is located in one of New York City's hottest neighbourhoods. In the heart of it all, Times Square is just steps away as well as some of the best restaurants, theatres and attractions. It is just a short walk to Madison Square Garden, while the Empire State Building, Central Park and Rockefeller Center are all a 10-minute journey on public transport. 42nd Street metro station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, Port Authority bus station is a 3-minute walk and Penn station is around 1.6 km away. The beach at Coney Island is 45 min by car from the city hotel, and Philadelphia is approximately 2h by car.

Facility

411 non-smoking rooms are located on 40 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Fantastic Views, Disappointing Breakfast

    The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Times Square, making it a convenient base for exploring New York. Our room was comfortable, and the highlight of the stay was definitely the view. We stayed on the 27th floor, and the nighttime skyline views were spectacular, especially considering the price we paid. The heating and air conditioning also worked very well.Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major disappointment. The selection was extremely limited, with only one type of ham, one type of cheese, and a few hot items. Most of the options were sweet, with very few savory choices. As a European traveler, I found the variety particularly poor.I was also surprised to see breakfast served almost entirely with disposable plates, cups, and plastic cutlery. For a large international hotel chain in 2026, this felt outdated and unnecessarily wasteful.The shower water pressure was not the best, and the elevators became crowded very quickly during busy periods.Overall, this hotel offers a great location and fantastic views, but the breakfast experience and some operational details could be significantly improved.

    The hotel cancelled our reservation we made throught booking. We ended up in the meeting room to finish the nigth. They also kept our damage guarantee (250 dollars). I do not recommand them.     Lovely hotel close to Times Square

    Lovely hotel close to Times Square. Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Having the kitchenette was useful. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly (we especially found Arthur helpful).Breakfast was good. Cooked breakfast mostly consisted of egg and sausage or a variation thereof! There was also toast, cereal, porridge, muffins, bagels, fruit etc. The dining room is not big enough and on occasion there are no tables available. Also, on occasion, there are queues for the lifts which can be frustrating. For a hotel priding itself on being "eco friendly" we found it very strange that breakfast was served on disposible paper plates with plastic cutlery (we took the metal cutlery down from the room to try and save on the waste). Further, staff would push over flowing bins past your table whilst you were eating which wasn't very appetising.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

    Disappointing stay in NYC. Asked for an early check in via the app. Stay 60 plus nights at Marriott a year, very disappointed in the service. No effort was made to accommodate me. Came to hotel at 10 am actually did not get me in a room until after 3 pm. Texted numerous times via app and no reply. Was on hold on via telephone for over 20 minutes. Show up back at hotel there are four people at the front desk not doing anything to help customers. Later in day, there was a line of people 10 people deep at check in at 4 pm to get rooms, no sense of urgency at hotel to help.     Windows do not seal. Street noise is the same as just sleeping outdoors.

    Nice room, well-furnished, thoughtful touches. Plugs in all the right places, comfortable bed, decent shower.Surprisingly large room for NYC at that price point.All worthless. It's impossible to sleep because the hotel skipped out on five dollars worth of sealant so that street noise doesn't leak through gaps in the windows.This is an easily fixable problem, so I hope the hotel will listen and this review will cease to be true.
