Rooms

    I would not recommend this hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel experience. The room itself and amenities were fine, however, it was a very disappointing experience. I paid over $1,000 per night and they said they will not clean my room unless I request service because I paid a corporate rate. They also charged me for a meal at the restaurant when in fact I didn't even step foot in their restaurant. I had to spend time disputing that charge and they took that off the bill, however, when I checked the credit card bill, they charged an extra $100 for bar charges when I didn't even touch the bar. The service was terrible, the place is loud and the experience overall is definitely not 5 stars.     This hotel is simply the best in New York if you care about a balanced stay with health, privacy, and overall service at the forefront. The hotel is tucked away in the beautiful Hudson Yards area. You get the best of a 5 star hotel without the arrogance. The gym and spa teams are fantastic and the pool is an added benefit. Food is healthy and delicious. A cool, dark and quiet nights sleep in one of the best beds I've ever slept in is necessary for recharging on a busy and chaotic trip in the worlds busiest city.
