    An elephants cage in India

    This place is a crap hole. I paid 209$ for one night. The floors were wet in the bathroom and slimy . The bed is awful like sleeping on a brick box. This place felt like a dirty hostel in India. Smells like an elephants cage everywhere. Dirt in all the corners of the room. I could not relax at all.

    Booked months advance of our trip to NYC, paid the deposit and everything only for them to not only cancel our reservation they cancelled it 3 days before due to 'construction' the most unprofessional experience I have ever had, and half the time their phones were busy dial tones every day all day. When we finally reached them about them cancelling we were belittled and they did NOTHING to compensate literally having us stranded with nowhere to stay so close to our trip. DO NOT STAY HERE NOR BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!

    When I arrived at the hotel, there was nobody at check-in for at least 45 minutes, I then to be checked in to a room that is very dirty, two pillows, the A/C unit gives off a terrible smell, broken shelves in the shower, NO TOWELS PROVIDED, I asked for towels and lady at the counter says they don’t provide them. Very terrible experience for the amount of money it cost to stay a night. Absolutely would not recommend!!

    The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel

    There was only one pillow and one towel for 2. We asked many times for this and only the last night they gave the other pillow and towel. They cleaned the room only one day because we encouraged them to do It. And they Deluxe room is reallly small. Walls have footprints from other guests in the walls. Bed clothing have cigarrete holes and was never changed.

    This place doesn’t even deserve a star.Because of the Airbnb policy in NY for short term stays, my Airbnb reservation was canceled last min. I tried changing my my flights but would have to pay a significant amount for the changes so I decided to keep my flights and look for a last min hotel in NY. I booked thru scam Priceline (another huge mistake) and found this hotel on their website, and unfortunately booked my stay. First up, the pictures on Priceline’s website and the hotel website are fake. The room is small and grimey . Thank god I brought cleansing items. The elevator stunk so bad that I had to cover my nose for each ride. They provided one dingy towel, hot water seemed to only work during the day, unresponsive front desk people and on my last day, these small bugs started to appear in the bathroom. When I addressed the issues I had with one of the front desk worker, I was blown off but honestly, it seemed like he was high. Normally I get sad when my visits to NY end but I couldn’t WAIT to leave this hotel. I’m not sure how they’re still in business. It should be inspected by the health department - yes, it’s that bad. I requested a full refund with Priceline and of course, they stated this was a “hotel issue not a Priceline issue.” I should have known better when I tried calling the so-called phone number posted on their website to confirm my reservation didn’t work. I now believe any positive reviews on their website or any other website is fake…..
