    Nothing to commend this place. Property is very beaten down with excessive signs of wear (chipped paint etc.). Noisy A/C in the room and noise from other guests.. Lots of people loitering outside. Checked in at 1 and left that evening. Unattended front desk too.     This was the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed at. There was a pile of garbage in the middle of the parking lot which remained there until the next day. Upon walking into the lobby, a swarm of flies gathered under the ceiling vent. We went up the elevator to our room and the entire hallway smelled like a mix of fish and weed. Our bathroom had hair and mold in the tub. We only needed to stay one night for a lax tournament, and there was no other availability at a reasonable price anywhere around, so we stayed at this disgusting hotel, along with three other families from our team. None of us will be back and we have told our team's families to stay far away. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book here! The only positive is kudos to the one and only employee who seemed to pull an all nighter. He was positive and friendly. However, I think he takes his life in his hands each night as he stands behind a plexiglass window to check in guests.     if i could rate them 0 i would. Besides Brendan at the front desk there is absoutely nothing good to say about them. I stayed for 2 weeks, asked repeatedly to have my room serviced and it never happened. I ended up having to buy my own toilet paper, clean the toilet, rewash the towels and ended up sleeping on a towel i washed every second day because they couldnt be bothered to service my room, not once in 2 weeks. The hallways are dirty, theres aways trash lying in the hallways. Very poor effort.Stay at this place at your won risk. Noise all night long and zero care for the people who pay to stay there. thankfully i wont ever have to stay there again.i live in a 3rd world country where even a 1 star hotel/residence has rooms serviced every single day.     Treat yourself better!

    There's a place for everyone yet this place was not it for us. They stole 2,552.00 and refused to refund after policy states 1 day charge for no-show. Wasn't aware I had double book thru priceline.Front deal never advised I had double booked. Never received confirmation email for first booking. Smells horrible on first floor. Have to ask for amenities included with stay. Monique the manager lied and said she refunded funds but bank never received refund. Hotel stinks like smoke but is non smoking. Garbage in hallways. Staff is afraid of dogs although hotel is listed as a pet friendly hotel.     Maybe the Worst Choice in Bethpage

    This is a hotel to avoid. There are numerous maintenance and management issues with this property. It started with the elevator to our room, which probably needs to have a NY State inspection. The hydraulic system causes shuddering going up and down, which seems like a hydraulic valve issue—scary. Then try and find room 212. One sign says rooms 210 to 219 go left. The other sign says 208 - 201 go right? Designed by math majors?The room we found was not completely clean, and though there is a kitchenette, there are no useful appliances like a coffee maker or any cups, plates, etc. You have to request these items. You also have to request a change of towels or room services unless you wait 7 days. There may be a charge if you need something sooner. The finish in the tub shower is peeling off, and everything in the room exudes a shabby feel.. the property needs some TLC.They advertise on Booking that breakfast is included, but what they have is crappy lukewarm coffee, a plastic wrapped muffin, and very skimpy nature valley granola bits—like mini bars. They have oatmeal packets but there is only hot water and sugar to add, and no bowl to mix it in, and no salt if you don’t want sweet oatmeal..This was a complete rip-off at over $300 a night. I would NEVER EVER stay here again and advise all to look elsewhere. Terrible.
