    Personally found as anti semitic and anti black. This is “personally” and otherwise Provable. Further evident by the majority of their team-ship intentionally comprised of Hispanics - under the management of an unprofessional immature insecure irresponsible one named Ashtry Gonzalez. And her own manipulative deceiving cohort manager named Channeli. (Both respectively Hispanic, fully disregardful of and indifferent to other ethnicities; even disabilities as evidenced upon our own stay.) Both Gossiping about guests rather than assisting them. ……………Running a run down very filthy place, where all floors’ garbages are piled up for days, and cockroaches crawling the hall walls. And mice are hiding within rooms. Mainly where smoke and (illegal) synthetic marijuana is tolerated, and strongly realized even before entering it. ……………Worthy of pointing out is a dishonest and disrespectful desk clerk named - Joshua. A very respectful honest very helpful and proper front desk person named Afonso. Who should be supervisor or manager INSTEAD, and who otherwise belongs in a QUALITY establishment; where he will be appreciated By Normal. Not in a bias low class hotel, whose low class staff and managers “attract” the same. The ONLY reason for our stay length.     Could have been cleaner

    Convenient for visiting nyc.

    Well, overall it was ok The good1- location, close to nyc and the bus stn is veey convenient.2- good space and comfy beds3- cheapest in the area4- ample of free parking space.The bad1- staff is rude.2- no cleaning service3- not a single item in the kitchen.4- breakfast is just coffee and muffins.5- no dedicated reciptionist.     Worst hotel I ever seen it s a garbage

    It was a really bad experience. When we got to the room, it smelled terrible. At first, we thought the smell was coming from outside, so we closed the window—but it still smelled bad.We left the hotel to go to New York, hoping it would be better when we returned. But when we got back to the room around midnight, the smell was even worse—we could barely breathe. We looked around to see if something was causing it, and guess what? We found a dead mouse under the bed.We immediately called the front desk. The person said, "I’ll come check it in 3 minutes." We waited for two hours in the hallway, and no one showed up. After two hours, we went to reception ourselves and finally found someone. He changed our room and told us to speak with the manager the next day to find a solution.In the morning, we decided to check out. The receptionist told us we could either get 50% off our payment or call the next morning if we weren’t satisfied with that. We agreed to the 50% refund, and she said we would receive it within three business days.It’s been over two weeks, and we still haven’t received anything. Booking.com told us that the hotel hasn’t come to any arrangement with them regarding our situation.Bottom line: Don’t trust this hotel. The service is terrible, and it’s dirty. I’ve traveled a lot in my life and have never found a dead mouse in my hotel room before.     Perfect location, the bus stop is right across the street. It's pretty much everything good that I can say about this place. Not friendly staff at all. There is no breakfast, only cheap muffins and coffee. No milk even. If you want water, you can only buy it in a vending machine.
