    I have been to NYC multiple times, but there will never be a place that tops this place. Best service, clean rooms, and the best service ever!!! Shout out to my new brothers Omar, Frances, and Francisco for making my stay above and beyond…I don’t know what they make but it should be more. Honorable mention to Brian at the front desk. My next trip to NYC I will stay at this location again!!!!     From check in with Johnnie to drinks at the bar with Omar we had a great experience at the Fairfield Marriott Inn in Manhattan/Central Park!! Front desk employees were always friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat the housekeeping team did a great job!!! Hotel was in a great location near several restaurants and had a CVS just two blocks away.     When I had difficulty with my booking through the third party booking site Trivago Deals the hotel staff, particularly Brian, was very helpful. Brian helped me get receipts and confirmation of my stay and was pleasant and polite. Thanks Brian!The hotel was comfortable, rooms quiet, and breakfast was good. When the AC in our room was not running well we were switched to a new room without a problem.
