    Security Deposit charged on the check-in was not refund yet.

    The deposit of USD 300.00 charged when we get into the Hotel was not refund yet. They assure the refund would be done in 7 to 10 working days but this not happened. I expect to get an answer from Fairfield team about the refund, because I already wrote many emails on the contact page and I still have not solution about it.     Multiple issues in infrastructure and support.

    A/C would not work. Tried calling the front desk. After multiple tries with no answer went down to front desk. They admitted ignoring the phone calls from guests. I asked to move to a room with a working A/C. Originally I was denied. They claimed they were full. I continued to press and they “found” a room. To add to the issues the room keys would not work and security had to escort guests to rooms whenever we left and came back.     Amazing staff service

    The staff are friendly especially John at the front desk when he helped me with the check in process, he gave me a warm first impression about the hotel. The bell team also very helpful for taking care of my luggage. I just stay for 1 night and travelling just by myself to new york but they makes me feel very welcomed The breakfast is amazing, the room was clean, even though I have problem with my AC but they handled it super quick and it was amazing.     Wonderful stay! Clean room, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. In particular, a huge shoutout to Hana, who was charming and helpful not only at check-in but several times during our brief time at Times Square South location. Other awesome employees were the young man taking care of luggage storage and another young man “serving” the wine and Angry Orchard at 4 PM for Bonvoy members.     I recently brought a group of high school students to NYC and we stayed in this hotel. I can’t say enough about how great the staff was there. Malik went outside in the rain and made room for two motor coaches to pull over to pick up the kids. Jalissa at the front desk seemed to always be working, and she was so helpful when we discovered that the group’s flight may not get out due to the plane crash at LaGuardia that day that closed down the airport. The whole staff stepped up and took such good care of us. They allowed us all to have a late check out (even though they were sold out that night) so that we could figure out how we were going to get the kids home. We will definitely return to this hotel again.
