    8th Grade Class Trip - Perfect Place to Stay!

    I recently organized a school trip (55 8th graders, 8 teachers, 5 parent chaperones) to NYC. We used this Fairfield hotel and had an absolutely perfect experience! Tyion Burnett was the hotel representative I worked with to book all of the rooms and she was amazing - super fast to respond, flexible with room additions, perfectly organized our rooming assignments, and was very friendly! The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and exactly what we needed. We were even provided free parking for our charter bus. I would absolutely return to this hotel in the future whether it be for another school trip or a personal one and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a nice place to stay!

    Cruise Package – Not RecommendedStayed at Fairfield Inn North Bergen by Marriott as part of a cruise package. Hotel staff was helpful, rooms were comfortable, breakfast average, and included parking was great. Transportation to the NY port was organized and on time.However, the return pickup was a complete disaster. We had an 8:45 a.m. pickup with written instructions, but the pickup location was wrong. After multiple calls and over an hour of waiting, a van arrived for 9 people while more than 40 were waiting. Extremely chaotic and poorly organized.Because of this, I would not recommend this cruise package or transportation service.

    Very nice hotel clean and had breakfast and coffee. The hotel was great for the money but parking needs to be improved. I was impressed by this hotel

    Nice and clean hotel. We booked this hotel due to its location, it is located only a few minutes from the bus stop which will take you to NYC. The breakfast is great, the plenty of selection. You can make yourself a tea or coffee anytime. And the beds are nice. Bathroom is good too, all the amenities you’d expect. The parking lot is a bit small but will be fine unless you’re going during a busy season. It was completely full on thanks giving.

    ROACH in the bedMy husband and I were going to stay tonight, but am leaving. We just went to lay down and a ROACH was crawling in the bed!!!!! My husband killed it and we went down stairs. The guy at the front desk did not even care which makes me think it happens often. Besides the roach the air conditioner was making a horrible sound, but that I was able to deal with. A roach crawling no thank you! If it was in the bathroom maybe I would understand but in the bed!!!
