Another airport hotel…

This is the normal airport hotel…not much more to comment. Clean room, no food at the restaurant and the shuttle to the airport runs every hour on the hour and not every 30 mins.Again, don’t expect much, just another airport hotel.

On December 17 I book at night at this hotel Because I was stranded at JFK they were the closest and had a shuttle. I had to leave next day on an early flight . In the am I was waiting for the shuttle and forgot my pillow/blanket at the lobby I realized when I was getting dropped off at the airport I called immediately and who ever responded on Thursday Dec 18 at 7:14 am told me I see it I will grab it and saved it for you she took my name and room number I said I be back in a couple of days I will stop by and grab it. I went today nobody knows where is it, “they look everywhere “ and is MIA . I get is my fault for leaving it behind but I called and I was assured they had it and they will hold it for me that’s why I went back. Don’t they have a lost and found? I came back 4 days later and it was “gone”! As a titanium elite member and extremely disappointed!

Basic, but very nice hotel. Seems to have been renovated recently. Clean, modern rooms!The breakfast was very basic, and some machines seemed to be covered up- so that left a bit to be desired.Shuttle is convenient, and it’s very nice that it brings you right to your terminal. (Note that it picks up from Federal circle, though)

This hotel was way nicer than I first anticipated. The staff on reception were super helpful.The rooms were nice and clean, we received water on arrival.The breakfast was basic with a couple of hot options but was really good.The area was continually being cleaned and refreshed.Unfortunately, the area was not great to go and get something to eat. However, this would not stop me using this hotel, maybe just bring something to eat with you.
